This year’s theme for Book Week was ‘Find Your Treasure’. Students and staff were encouraged to find or rediscover their reading treasures through a range of fun activities.

On Wednesday acclaimed Australian author Dianne Wolfer spoke to students in Years 5 & 6. Dianne has written many books from picture books to novels appealing to younger readers and young adults alike. Year 6 student Tayla Tasovic, was excited and a little nervous to interview Dianne for us before she left the College.

On Thursday students were invited to take part in an amazing race style event based on this year’s theme. There was a photo booth, where students could dress up in fictional character costume and the very important staff vs students Quidditch game, which is run each year.
