Orange Reigns in Boarding!

During Mercy Day, all of the boarding students wore an orange hair ribbon, which is the colour of the Leukaemia Foundation. The girls processed into the McDonald Building together during Mass this morning as a mark of remembrance for Linda Bulloch, Head of Boarding, who passed away twelve months ago.

Over the year, the girls have fundraised in a variety of ways including: cake stalls, chocolate sales and participating in Run for a Reason. The girls were able to present the Leukemia Foundation with a cheque for $3250, for which there were extremely grateful.

Well done for raising this money for such a wonderful cause.

Pictured are some of the boarders with the certificate of recognition presented to the Boarding Community from the Leukemia Foundation.
