Students Win at Beach Volleyball Competition

There was great excitement and enthusiasm amongst the girls as it was our first time competing at a beach competition. The girls had a total of eight games throughout the day and were required to umpire when they weren’t playing.
We had fantastic results all round, the Year 11 team won every game including their grand final! The Year 10 team knocked out our Year 9 team in the semi-final to make it to the final. They then went on to win the medal! The Year 9 team finished 4th overall.
A huge thank you to the girls for their commitment, to Head of Boarding, Leanne McTavish for helping with transport and to Head of Sport, Olivia Gamble for her support.
